Yes. The Garden Room is on the ground floor with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. It is just three steps from the main living and dining area, making it accessible for guests with limited mobility.

Every bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower, air conditioning, wardrobe, writing desk, premium toiletries, plush towels, and natural light. Most rooms also have a private balcony overlooking the garden or pool.

We typically require a 3-night minimum stay, though we are flexible for special requests. During peak season (November to March) and holidays, a longer minimum may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific dates.

Our rates include luxury accommodation for the entire villa, two dedicated daily staff (housekeeping, bed-making, dishes), concierge service, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to all villa amenities including the saltwater infinity pool. A private chef and airport transfers are available on request at additional cost.

Infants aged 0 to 4 stay free when sharing a room with their parents. Children aged 5 to 12 are counted as guests. Baby cots are available on request at no extra charge.

We accept bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and cash (USD or Cambodian Riel) on arrival. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or upon check-in. Details are provided when you book.

Yes. Our concierge can arrange comfortable transportation from Siem Reap International Airport (SAI). Transfers typically cost $15 to $30 depending on vehicle type. We can also arrange transportation to and from Phnom Penh or other destinations.

The villa is about a 12-minute walk from the centre of Siem Reap, including Pub Street, the Old Market (Psar Chas), and the Night Market. By tuk-tuk, it is a 5-minute ride.
