Villa Ni Say was designed for families and groups who want the comfort of a luxury stay with the freedom of their own home. Inspired by New Khmer Architecture and the legacy of Vann Molyvann, the villa blends modern minimalism with Cambodia's cultural heritage.
Two dedicated staff take care of the beds, the dishes, and the floors each day, so you are free of any trouble and can simply enjoy your stay. They have their own space during the day and do not stay overnight, so you truly have the sense of privacy, plus the help of someone as discreet as a breeze.
Set within manicured tropical gardens in the heart of Siem Reap, every bedroom opens to greenery, natural light, and the quiet that comes from having no neighbours, no lobby, and no other guests. A private chef is available on request.
